SMS Terms and Conditions

Please read the SMS terms and conditions stated below, in order to proceed with your MB Superb Logistics auto transport order.

MB Superb Logistics, LLC (“MB Superb Logistics”) is a fully licensed and bonded auto transport broker (USDOT broker license # 4262895). These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the Services (as defined in this Agreement) provided by MB Superb Logistics to you, as the customer (together with your designees, referred to herein as “Customer”, “you”, or “your”).

Messaging Frequency

Customer will receive messages containing estimates on vehicle transport and confirmation of order once Customer agrees. Customer will receive updates on the transport of the vehicle – before, during, and after delivery. Customer will also get messages should any unforeseen circumstances arise to keep Customer aware of status. Customer can receive up to 30 messages per week. This can vary depending on customer need, duration, complexity, and unforeseen circumstances.

Potential Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Opt-in and Opt-out Methods

Customers Opt In to receive text messages from our MB Superb Logistics agents related to your inquiry. This agreement is done via a checkbox in the quote request form on our site or verbally during recorded phone conversations with the agents. Customers can reply STOP to Opt Out at any time.
